We lived in a town-home there about 10 years ago. Although the rent was fantastic, the neighbors and surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired. I will say that the view of the lake is great. And although it was about 400 feet away, the laundry facility was always working. If you play Monopoly, the apartments are the light blue squares right after Baltic Avenue and Mediterranean Avenue.

During our 2-year stay a man was stabbed to death 6-doors down from us, our apartment was robbed, a woman was raped behind our back porch, and a bounty hunter came to our door insisting a wanted man was living with us.

Also, the hot water comes from a central water heater that rarely worked in the morning (it was undersized). When I complained about it they said that no one else was complaining so there must not be an issue. I complained for 8 weeks and when they finally upgraded the water heater they forgot to calculate the power required to run it resulting in the entire apartment building not having hot water for an entire weekend.

Oh yeah, the attics in the town-homes aren't separated by walls so if you want to help yourself to your neighbors snacks, television or undies get yourself a 6-foot ladder and a pillow sack.
