Carlton Arms Bradenton is truly a joke. I have been waiting for my dining room ceiling to be repaired of r more than one year, and this is after two work orders were submitted. Other general maintenance problems are addressed only after several complaints to the front office personne.
The traffic is dangerous. People do not even attempt to slow down or stop at various stop signs. The maintenance personnel have no understanding of the rules of the road of what is in their surrounding environment as they drive their golf carts. I have nearly been in accidents with on several occasions and have seen others almost hit or be hit by them.
It appears client property or safety are a very low priority for the administration at CAB
