I am not affiliated in any way with Carlton Arms South. I am a tenant.
I am a Security Specialist for my profession.
I have lived here for 5 years. Today is September 12, 2009.
My apartment is very nice. Quiet.
I never really have problems.
When ever I have asked for a repair they come immediately. Within an hour.
The bug sprayer comes every Thursday like clockwork.
The yard maintenance is performed every week.
My gate and yard are perfect.
They mail my mail and packages every day.
The washers and dryers could use a new company and contract, but that is it.
I have never seen a prostitute at all here, I am a single white male no children.
I do not know what these other people are doing or seeing but their reviews are unjust and un-called for. Way off!
