Downhill in last 4 years--dangerous place

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Since 2000, owners dont check backgroudns. This palce was safe once, but no more. Shootings, breakins, managers who don't care. cheap rent but loud music, no security, bad place ot live. Don't come here.
