That gate worked ONE day the entire time we lived their.. amazing!!!My son found dead rats in the "courtyard" and when management was informed - nothing - the rats just laid there, rotting in the Florida heat. My child was harrassed by the other older gangster looking kids - I never felt safe being at home alone. Just nasy, nasty, nasty...

The office staff was pleasant - but not effective.

Just a bad bad place to be!! We never used the pool - and didnt feel safe letting the kids use the playground..
