Beautiful place, worst management, maintenance

Office staff failed to return phone inquiries on multiple occasions, missed my move-in date, failed to provide complete info package. Multiple building problems at move-in, including dirty floor, defected door, doorlock, alarm system. Bedroom flooded during storm, with heavy water damage, molds on the wall, floor damaged from water dripping from ceiling. Maintenance did not fix any problems after 2.5 weeks (still not fixed). Office staff failed to follow up as promised. This is a brand new construction!!
