Centergate in Baldwinn Park is all just a facade. They are unreliable and liars. They have rules that are unheard of and have ridiculous charges that come out of no where. They try to say they have a 24 hour maintenance service guarantee. But that grauntee is filled with loop holes. They put a note in my door saying they would come by my apartment between the times of 9AM and 5PM and they never showed. But the 24 hour guarantee doesn't apply there. The management has no respect for their clients. Their will be times where you go innto the leasing office and no one will come to you for at times up to 15 minutes. They will even pass you by while you are waiting not even acknowledging that you are there. I had my shoes outside my door one day and the management took them away, I couldn't even put one pair of shoes outside my door for 12 hours. They will charge $25 per bag of trash that is outside your door. Even if it isn't yours, if it is outside yur door its your problem. If you have roommates be ready to not be able to give the leasing office two checks. The office will only accept one check per apartment even if it is a three bedroom or two bedroom, creating a huge inconvince if your going to be living with a roommate. There is just soo much bull in this mangement they will all give you the run around, this place is a horrible place to live. Yes it looks nice but that is where the enjoyment ends. Everything eles stinks! Believe me you are better off living somewhere eles. I lived inn Archstone Promenade before I came here. Archstone is located right outside of Baldwin Park, right across the street. And now I greatly reget leaving Archstone Promenade. I never had one problem with them. However her there are countless. And i am absolutly positive there there will be many more. Please believe me don't be fooled by the centergate facade, the place might look nice but it BLOWS!
