5.One of the maintenance crew dented our new Nissan X-terra. My wife was told by the property manager that she had to prove-it because there were no witnesses. The dent clearly resulted from the end of the ladder in the back of the maintenance persons electric vehicle. We even backed our vehicle up next to the ladder sticking out of the electric vehicle, and the dent matched perfectly with the foot of the ladder. There were even scratches corresponding with the exact size and position of the feet of the ladder in the back of the cart
Grounds are shoddy and unkept. Workers constantly leave trash all over which is not picked up by maintenance staff.
Management extremely poor and apathetic.
