I have been living in Centergate for the past year ... ALL I EVER HEAR IS NOISE. It is an "upscale" community, one in which you would think people would have enough class to not thump their stereos at four o'clock in the morning.

Beginning in 2006, Centergate's new management terminated the use of a "courtesy officer" ... basically a police officer who handles neighbor-to-neighbor disputes specifically for a certain apartment complex. Now when I call to report the idiots living beside me I am told I have to call the Orlando Police Department directly in order to have someone come over. The first night I took this shoddy advice it took the officer TWO HOURS to make it to my house, and when she got here she told me that because the noise was not audible from outside the building there was nothing she could do.

So basically, if you want to pay 1200 a month to not be able to sleep, move here!
