Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Of all the apartment communities, I had to pick this one... boy did I make the wrong decision.
They forget to mention before you sign a lease that parking lot parties at 3am are ok, that being nice to the customer is not an option, having a license to maintain your own apartment is to your benifit and some how jacking up your rent in inevitable.
Save yourself a wasted year of regrets and rent somewhere else!
