I've lived here for about 7 months and I enjoy Baldwin Park. I look forward to it's completion (who likes living around construction) but it is your typical apartment living. Is is VERy rare to find a soundproof apartment, can I hear my neighbors - no, I have grat ones but I know people that can - it's called apartment living. You want 100% QUIET - BUY OR RENT A HOUSE. Managemnet has been GREAT, from what I hear there are a lot of new faces so maybe the problematic rude ones are gone. They have always responded to an needs I have had and maintenace has done a wonderful job. It new constuction which means all of the kinks are still working themselves out, but I love it.
