The only outstanding thing about this complex is its access to UCF and relative peacefulness. You can bike to the campus without having to worry about the loud parties and annoying fraternity/ thug mentality you'll find at other nearby complexes.
Other than that, I found the prices to be ridiculous for what was essentally a white box with no real amenities to speak of. Be wary. The base price they quote you does not include water, sewer, or washer/dryer, and everything but the washer/dryer is automatically added on BY THE COMPLEX. I lived there for two years as an undergrad without any serious complaints, but I would certainly not return.
