Chatham Landing

I chose to live in this complex when it was owned by ZOM. I had a friend that lived here and it was wonderful. Since it has been bought by Crawford Realty it has been terrible. I would not reccommend this place to anybody. We had trouble when we upgraded to a larger apartment. The one they placed us in was trashed. We were delayed moving in so they could fix it and a agreat deal of it was never fixed correctly. It has taken calls and calls and calls to get anything fixed and it is never done right. We've had issues with mold and mildew because of water leaking into the apartment. Maintenance is lazy and usually doesn't get around to fixing your requests and half of the time management can't understand you. It has taken us up to and over three months to get things finished. On top of that when we call we are told by management that they are too busy to speak to us. This placae is very much becoming a college community. They have ceased to offer their answering service and on multiple occasions we have had to call the police out for our of hand parties.
