The management and maintence is horrible (perpetually on lunch breaks all at the same time), the facilities are not accessible (no ones cards to the gym work and they refuse to do anything about this). The apartments themselves are not worth the money for what they are, but the location is decent if you are a student at one of the nearvy collages such as UCF.
