This place started out okay, but it went down hill VERY fast. About 4 sockets didn't work, one was uncovered, the closet light didn't work, our garbage disposal was broken-with a rusty nail inside-and our room /leans/. Now, 8 months later, the sockets work, one is still uncovered, the closet light still doesn't work, garbage disposal has broken many times, and only when we threatened not to pay rent until it was fixed, did someone fix it.

Maintenance is sometimes good, sometimes lazy. I went into the office once and one of the guys was /on the ground/ resting and just chatting with the red-headed lady. All she does is ride in the golf cart and stop here and there, or sit in the office.

Everyone here is NOISY. You're lucky to get a full night's sleep maybe twice a week if at all. The chick below us loves to party at 3 am. Seriously. Atleast 3 nights a week. Spoiled brat. SOME people actualy have jobs and go to work early.

Over all, this place blows. They're making them condos. Well, it's just an expensive piece of ----. Don't buy it. Seriously.
