The property is beautiful as compared to other apartment communities in the area. There are trees everywhere which keep the power bills down, and the landscaping is always top notch. The leasing agents always made me feel right at home and they were very personable. One big plus for me was that the dumpster was right outside of our building as compared to other places around UCF that have only one compactor at the very front of the property. My maintanence needs were always met very quickly. Our refrigerator broke and they brought us a brand new one the same day and also reimburced us for our groceries. (Keep your receipts!!) The layout of the apartment was a major deciding factor as well. It just had different dimension then all the other places. I loved the fireplace even though this is Florida. We used it atleast a dozen times and it was nice. I liked that the laundry room was actually a room that you could walk into and it had a little extra storage space. The french doors out to the patio were a nice touch. One thing that I loved was that there was great light in the place. The windows are nice and big and there were extra ones in places that other apartments don't have. A disadvantage is that there is only 1 ceiling fan and that is in the master. The neighbors were OK. The only thing that REALLY sucked for me was that I had the spair bedroom and the window and wall are right outside of the hall to other apartments and the stairwell. Smokers would stand out in the hall during parties or just at night and I could hear everything! All and all it was a very good experience and if my roommate hadn't gotten herself knocked up, I would've definately renewed my lease. I would rent again!
