Where should i start.
We live here for about 3 yrs now. Not because we want 2 but because of financial reasons.
The manager here Joshua or whatever his name is, is the most incompetent person for the job.
Stuck up and i think with a finger up his butt he acts like he don't want people to move here or renew their lease.
Our lease was up and we wanted to renew and transfer to another unit. We notified the office 2 weeks prior to the lease expiring and we had to wait ti'll the very last day to actually renew it cause MR incompetent Joshua was unable to transfer us to another unit that was bigger that what we had and have now and mind you cheaper in rent also. So instead of paying 510/month for a bigger and better apartment we are paying 600/month for the same apartment we been into for the past 3 yrs.
The maintenance team sit around their butts and do close to nothing.
God forbid you have some issues in your apartment cause you are better of fixing it yourself rather than relying on them as even if they do come (after 2 or 3 weeks from your complain in the office for whatever problem you might have), they do a very very poor job as far as fixing things.
Small example we needed and STILL need weather striping around the door and a space filled under the counter jobs that would take 10 min to do and 3 weeks later and after constant reminders it's still not taken cared of.
Oh and do you like bugs' If the answer is YES then you will feel right at home here cause you will be sharing your food/clothes/drinks with quite a few hundreds of bugs every night. And no i'm not joking. You can be as neet and clean freak as you want cause they will still be keeping you company.
And Miguel the maintenance manager talks quite a bit of BULL. Don't fall for anything that guy tells you.
Promising alot here and there but he just talks for the sake of talking not actually DOING anything.
Oh and before i forget. Curious what the neighbours are talking about or what movie or music they are watching/listening' No problem the walls are so thin that you'll be able to hear every single thing.
Long story short STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENT BUILDINGS. IT's FULL OF INCOMPETENT PPL AND GREED SEEMS TO BE THE 1st thing on their mind RATHER THAN MEETING YOUR OWN NEEDS FIRST!
