THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE DRUG DEALERS LIVING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AND HAVE COUPLES WITH TODDLERS (ILEGALLY) YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH BUMS KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO OFFER YOU DRUGS. YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH PSYCHO FOR ROOMMATES. AND YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SUCKY ASS MANAGEMENT THEY HAVE!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE GETTING OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT IMPOSSIBLE AND ARE CHARGING YOU SO MUCH JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE TAKE OVER YOUR LEASE. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE AND CAN'T WAIT TILL JULY 31 TO GET THE ---- OUT OF THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Um.. ya. I know that this place can have problems like most places, esp. college affiliated but I have never experienced any of these things. I have never witnessed drug deals in the middle of the parking lot, Kids dont live here, and NEVER once have I seen or had a bum knock on my door...FOR ANYTHING! Any problems we've had in our apartment have been fixed ASAP and Steve does everything to make sure you are ok. Hes the best office manager ive seen. He knows everyone personally and has the greatest memory. So get off your high horse and please leave college station.
