Located in bad schooling district. Pest control problems (ants would always come in the hundreds through the sink and crevices in the wall during the summertime). Poor lawn service. The public pool is usually well maintained. Most neighbors are friendly. The location is not that nice, as there are extremely busy roads that surround it.
