I moved into the Colony East apartments in June 2008. I had heard that the area was not good and the apartments were old. The latter is true however the apartments are getting re done and look great. There is new management and they really seem to care about the residents. Usually the people who write on these things do so to complain but I thought I would share it has been a pleasant experience,
