A very cool place to live near downtown in college park

I have lived here for 7 years and love it....I great place for young people and those who dont want to pay a fortune in rent. It is only 4 buildings and limited space so get on the waiting list. Right on the lake and has a scenic view downtown. Right off the Ivanhoe exit downtown and in one of the best nieghborhood in orlando. It is under a trust so the rent has to stay low even though it is in a very pricy area of downtown. However it has hardwood floors and a very cool oldschool feel to it.
