When I first moved here it wasn't that bad. Though, in the past 2 years things have gone down hill quickly. Unless you speak Spanish or plan on learning it, don't move here. The air is filled with the smell of Goya beans, which normally isn't bad. Unfortunately, the Ricans here tend to be loud, trashy, and just plain inconsiderate of the fact that they live in a building with many other people. Lately, safety has become an issue. People places being broken into, and a maintenace staff that is overworked (Doing what, I don't know.) and getting a simple request like a the changing of a lightbulb takes 4 months. Construction of the buildings is really not bad. They are just getting old and the Equity company dosen't update things, they wait until it literally falls apart, then they patch up the problem. I hate that they do this. Bass from neighbors and the surrounding TRUE ghettos is annoying. Overall, not bad for the price.

You are a racist. Don't forget that trash comes in all colors. You probably are white trash! It is a shame that minorities are still being blamed for all that goes wrong in this country. Get a grip you dipshit. 99.9% of all trashed apartments are left by caucasions. You are rude and disgusting people. You are all pigs and think that you are better than latins. Try this on for size deary. I am Puertorican own my own house with a pool, 2 cars a boat and all my furniture is new and paid for. I have my own business and I work for a company as well. I earn over 150,000.00 a year with my salary alone, this does not include my partner in lifes' income. Where I agree that all people are not civilized. I do not agree that a certain race should be singled out. Buy a clue and a brain. How much do you earn a year sweety?
