I only moved in here because I had a friend in here who said it was pretty good, but since we got here it has been horrible!! We are on the bottom floor and in 10 months we had three major leaks from other people's apartments that ruined our stuff! One leak was so bad from the outside that the baseboard in the bedroom was rotted and bugs came in from outside!! All they did to fix it was patch it up. This place is horrible! Do not move here!! Its not worth it! And the walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors all the time! And the management and office staff have changed so many times you don't know who your giving your rent check to. Plus the newest one likes to put harassing letters on your door at 11 at night. this place SUCKS!
