Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
When I came to Conway Station almost 2 years ago I was excited that I had found an apartment that was nice and affordable. Upon move in I was greeted with a dirty apartment and new carpets with old padding. My rent has gone up over $120 in less than 2 years and the office staff and maintenance have gotten worse. I was left for 2 days without AC in August!! The equity residential corporation SUCKS with all caps!! Do not move here- it will be your biggest mistake ever!
