Been there three years and four different owners. Evertime they sell the rent goes up. The pool hasn't been open for a year. The put in uglier new landscaping and sod. Then they repaired all the curbs. Problem was they tore up half the grass to do it. And Six months later there is still concrete sprinkled in the now dead grass. The lawn guys are nice enough to blow the leaves out of the street but they blow them in to the breeze ways so you get to have litter filled doorways. Yeah. The last owners allowed us to put up blinds and lattace b/c after the storms they did a shotty job of repairing the screens and my pup got out 3 times. After they threatened to send him to the pound(mind you b/c of their poor work) we insisted on the lattace. Anyway we spent upwards $250 on it all and now they want US to buy plexi glass instead b/c they changed their minds. We not maintaince have had to paint the floor of our porch 3 times b/c it flood and leaves a lovely moldy green hue all over that is when it's not flood. Oh yeah if you touch the dish in the shower or even close the bathroom door it falls out of the wall along with misc tiles. They have yet to fix it and it was a problem we noted on our move in eval 3 years ago!!!!!!
