Many complaints such at pit bull dogs, excessive noise, gas grills on the balcony (which are illegal) have fallen on deaf ears. You now get a bill for water/sewer but they can't tell you what the usage is. McKinley is a huge management company but is very much lacking in customer service.

Its going to the broken water lines that flow through the streets every night at 9 pm and maybe the fountains ...whoops not...they do not work. I am with you...sucks
