I just moved after 4 years at the Cornerstone. The type of residents have changed to more young and rowdy. A little drug dealing. But, the tenants and the staff are combating this problem. It won't go on much longer. I had a pleasant stay during the 4 years. Maintenance did stay on top of things. We do need an extra trash compactor, maybe at the other end. I had no break in's or thefts. The gate is broken on one side all the time due to people plowing in to it trying to beat the closure. I wish Cornerstone used cameras to catch those nuisance. So it's okay to rent here, just do your part as a good neighbor and tenant.
