I have been living here since we moved from NY in 2003. We just renew our lease for another 18 month. And yes there are increasing the rent but the most increase is $50.00 which I believe is considerably low. If you look around the price for a one bedroon is much higher than at the Cornerstone. The grounds are well kept. The building that we live is very quite. The management office staff are the best caring and friendly people and are always willing to serve you. We are happy to live here and would not changed it.
