I been living in this complex apartments for less than two months, before i moved i request an aparment in the first floor with balcony, in that oportunity the leasing consultant told me that one of the 1 bed/1bath apartment will be available by the time i ask for, then after i apply and wait for the apartment i was called to be notice that they have apartment available but in the second floor ( the reason i was asking for first floor is because i had a motorcicle), with textual words this is the answer of the leasing consultant " DON'T WORRY YOU CAN BRING YOUR BIKE IT WON'T BE A PROBLEM", Guess what'''' my motorcycle was stolen today when i woke up is not there.
My complain are for the folowing reasons:
_ Gates are open 24 hours a day
_ We do not have enough ilumination in the parking, is very unsecure
_There is a lot of garbeges in every place etc
SO my question is what you as a company consider is a good comunity''
I douth that this one is a good one, i request more ilumination in the parking because today was a motorbike but we don't know tomorrow it can be me or anyother resident gets hurt for crime, so please cooperate i know crime exist in every place but there are ways to avoid it, PLEASE FIX THE GATES!!!!!, i paid for a gate key that i use twice because since i moved all gates keeps open 24 hours a day, this is not possible, I had my mortorcycle insuranced but who is going a paid my deductible' is it going to be you'''''' We need gates working propietly and more ilumination.
