I have been a resident at this "dump" for over many years. When I first arrived here, there was a wonderful management company who provided service par none. With the takeover of Graystar and new management company in this complex, this development has gone by the wayside.Gates broken, Pool area is a total disgust, garbage all over the common areas, our wonderful maintenance staff seems to be more preoccupied with going home than doing a decent days work !

I had company here for the 4th of July weekend, just to spend a day of relaxation at the pool. After arriving at the pool area, to my disgust, I had found that the restrooms were LOCKED by management. Needless to say, NOBODY WENT SWIMMING !

We had the sprinklers finally worked on, however, it was decided water was not necessary on the lawns during the dry months.
Guess we had to wait for Mother Nature in the wet months. Grass was totally brown, insects running amok.

However on a GOOD note....they DO CLEAN the front parking lot in front of the leasing office every day, but forget about everything else!!!!!

The only one good honest thing I can say is there is plenty of nature abounding in the neighborhood, however, I just wish they would clean the lake so poor nature would and could SURVIVE. Lake was filthy during the summer.

The choice is YOURS....MOVE SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah,,,if your in MMI,,,your gonna love this PLACE!!!!

you are so right, hey who thought of putting those stupid washer/dryer combo in the closet!! They dont work!
