You would think that with the massive amount of money they collect here each month the cheapskates that own this dump could afford to fix the gates.The place is going to the dogs real quick.Dont worry about breaking your lease to move out cause when you take these dogs to court you will get your deposit back.A very unsafe place to live.Ungated and most of the lights in the parking lot are not working.No security guards no nothing. The even jacked up the rent 50 bucks per month for a washer that is garbage.It take 3 hours to do 1 load.

you are so right, it is sad to see the complex go down. Seem like they rent to anyone and dont care about the broken curb out front, filthy pool etc.....
