I had a lease for 14 months and after living there for 6 months I couldnt take it anymore and I broke my lease. whe I decided to leave I had spoken to the manteinance manager and asked if the apartment was in a good condition for me to get my deposit back and she said yes. after 2 months waiting for my deposit the apartments manager said that I didnt qualify for any of my deposit.
I had made several complaints about my neighbors being noisy and nothing was resoved from the office. management was unprofessional, they often change personel, and plus for the short period of time that I lived there, the gate was broken, there was Never parking available, pool was dirty, and there was little hot water that lasted for about 3 mins in the shower. very unconfortable.
