Everything is falling apart here since Greystar Management took over.I have had the dishwasher leak water all over the kitchen. When it rained the bathroom ceiling began to leak, the repired it by paiting over after it dried up. It taked them a week and a half to repair a toilet. Gates have not been closed for years!!! This cannot be an amenity if it does not work!!! Cars are stolen on a weekly basis. They use to have signs that there is 24 surveillance (with no working cameras)and a "curtis" security officer. But I guess since the poor management has taken over and they have had so many incidents they decided to take down the surveillance sign oh but the cameras that do not work are still up. No one ever answers the phone there and the office working hours are whenever someone feels like coming in, and the property manager' Please, a waste of a salary! Never seen the individual! Of course when you get so tired of getting results, you want to call the corporate office and the local property office does not want to give you that information. Don't waste your money on this place!!!
