Cornerstone sucks. The hot tub never works. I complained about that to management and they said they can't get the part. Well buy a new one I know they can afford it. Thats just one of the things that show how Cornerstone just dosn't care. They left that hot tub sit broken for almost a year. After the gates broke they also were never repaired but the power was still hoked up. The South side gate shut on my car one day breaking the passanger mirrow. I asked Management to pay for it and they refused and also didn't do anything about the gate. 3 hours later the gate shut on someguys new jeep destroying the new paint job. Management was happy to point out the sign the stated they are not responsable for property damage or injurys caused by gate. The main problem about Cornerstone is they just don't care. If you move in you will see mostly after you sign the contract. In 2007 a lady was sexualy assaulted in the parking lot. The next day I ran into the news van in Cornerstone parking lot. They said Cornerstone refused the comment to them about the incident. Cornerstone still didn't fix the gates. Besides all the problems its very exspensive compared to other apartments. Most the apartments don't have washer/dryer hook ups. The laundry rooms have broken washers and dryers that all different temperature. If you are going to do laundry there give yourself 2 months to get to know what washers/dryers to use and what ones not to use and what ones just take your money. Remember no refunds!

Concerning the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend works for a very prominent pool cleaning company and went to the office to see if they work like to have this company clean there pool and spa since it looked like ---- b/c they were having it cleaned in house. They manager seemed very pleased with that idea. However, come to find out, they can't get a cleaning contract with this company b/c Cornerstone still owed them money from about 2 years ago!! As much money as I pay to live there, this is very suspicious to me.
