we have been here for 3 years and it sucks. We call to have a leak fixed and they took 5 months to fix it. We have mold and they have yet to address the problem. Now our water tank is busted and they refuse to take immediate action. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!

I have been living here for 5 years and never had MOLD problem. We have the same water tank for years. If you dont take care of your apt that when molds happens. It must not suck that much since you have stayed 3 years. If it sucks so much why don't you move. We have a new management Jupiter that is trying to fix it but first they need to get rid-off of some tenants that are just ghetto. I never had a problem having anything fixed. I just signed a new lease. People makes the community not the management.

You must be one of the lucky one's not to ever have a problem. If you haven't had a problem how would you know what it like trying to get something fixed. You dont! so don't judge. I have lived here almost 4 years and I have to say this place used to be great. It has really gone down hill since I have moved in here. I hope you are correct about the management. The only thing I seen they have done for our complex is trim our trees. They have been in long enough to see progress and so far there is none. You alway here things will be fixed soon waiting on parts or waiting for a new bid. But you are wrong on your statement about (people make the community not the management.) It also take the management letting the correct people move in who will take care of there place and not let people in who do not respect there apartment. They need to do better at screening, because I can tell a change in our tenants it does seem more getto. I am not sure I will sign again, it going to depend on what I see before my lease is up.

This place not only sucks it also blows. These gates have been broken for years. There is no more sprinklers to keep the grass nice. It is slowly turning into a ghetto. The owner of this complex is obviously a slum lord. I got out of my car in the parking lot and there was a condom on the ground with two hot patches on it.

I have also lived here for 4 years and can honestly say this place is way down the scale it was at back then. The washer dryer they took away one of my closets and installed has never worked and they say they can not find anyone who knows how to work on them. The vandelizm has quadupled, there have two rapes witch the management chose not to warn the female tenants about, there has also been a home invasion in building 18. All of these things can be checked by pulic record check it out before you move in or be so ignorant as to say "its great here"
