I lived at Cornerstone for 4 years, and while I believe the quality of the property has gone down slightly from the time I moved in (Jan. 04) until I moved out (Feb. 08)... I cannot complain too much about living there. The living space was good, and when I did have a few maintenance problems, it was fixed the first time.

My major complaint was that the security gates never worked (and haven't been quite consistently for 2 years).

I did feel fairly safe there, even though there was one high-profile break-in several months ago (one that properly working gates may have prevented). But compared to how other Orlando neighborhoods are going, the Conway area still isn't too bad.

I'd sum up the overall review as passable, but if someone were telling me they were moving in there, I wouldn't object.
