My experience here started very positively, things were fixed rapidly, the place was well kept. Lawn service, etc. Currently there are 5 things broken in my apartment that I have requested service for a year (give or take a few weeks.) The closet has fallen down, the fixtures are broken in the bathroom, and the pseudo washing machine is broken. It was sub par anyway. (combination washer dryer in one machine, very small drum and clothes dry damp and steamy.) but there is an agreement that they would fix it and they claimed they would be fixing it and they never have. Garbage is piled high and spilling over the dumpster for the past two days and is often that way on the weekends. This is the third or fourth management company that I know of. The could care less about the tenants any more. I can't wait to leave.

I have the same problems the washer dryer is a joke and I'm paying over 900.00 a month for this stuff
