The first year that I lived here, things were OK. Shortyly after I renewed my lease though, everything went wrong. Customer service is absolutely horendous. If something needs fixing, regardless of the urgency leve, you'll be lucky to have it fixed within the first week. I had a four day repair job in my apartment that didn't get fixed for an entire month. There is currently supposed to be a hot tub, instead, the tub was filled with concrete. The fitness center has broken machinery and has been locked for weeks due to broken air conditioning yet there's no notice on the door. The pool NEVER gets cleaned, and the washeres and dryers are completely inconsistent and you never know which one is not working because again, no notices are placed which causes you to just lose your money. The gates NEVER work, and when they do work, the cards don't work to let you in. Also, the management charges $50 for gate keys and if they don't work, it's your responsibility to pay for a new one.
WORD OF WARNING: If you have no choice but to live here, READ OVER THE LEASE VERY CAREFULLY!!!

Also you forgot the the door to the laundry room is just hanging on by a thread. The dumpser is always overflowing. They move the furniture that people leave behind. Its thrown in a pile behind a so called fence that is falling down so everybody can just see the pile. The health department put a health notice in the front off not to use the pool. It has been there almost a month. That is the first thing you see when you walk in the front office. You would think they would get that fixed with everybody seeing that sign. The owner of this property does not care about this place. When I first moved in it was great, outdoor movies around the pool. They did things for you. Now its not a good place to live.

That is so unfortunate. I lived there years ago and it was pretty nice. I guess they continued to allow trash to move in for being money hungry. I hope it gets cleaned up. I might have to return one day. I'm glad to be blessed that it's not today though.
