We have been here almost 4 years. We are now waiting for the lease to run out so we can run...and run fast, (we signed a 2yr when it was a nice place to live)This community has gone down hill and went even faster down that hill after "Christy" became the manager. There is no gated access, there is a non working "stick" as a deterent. Avoid the pool...it's a sign when your own children complain. if you cant fix it, then leave it broke. DO NOT ask them to fix anything. Trust Me! In one of the posts below about painting over mold....that's exactly what they do. We have a crack in our wall from the floor to the window...The hurricanes made it worse. the just slapped some spackle and a little paint over it and called it fixed. Crime is also available in this community. Want your car broken into' How 'bout your apartment' Not a problem!! In the past 45 days there have been 5 cars broken into and 3 apartments. The garages are great if you dont want to open it often...Ours has a mind of its own and works when it so feels like it....Maintenance has yet to fix it after several requests. But in the end its ok...we are all being kicked out as someone has decided we should no longer be an apartment community but we would look lovelier as condos....Thank You Drucker & Falk...
