We were relatively lucky in the apartment that we got. It had a seperate stairwell, so we kept it clean. The apartment is spacious with good space utilization.
This is an income based apartment complex, meaning that, it is has lower rents than other properties with similar attributes.

Now here we go,

The properties has two ugly water ponds that they refer to as lakes!! Ha! Insects love that.
You'll find every type of low-lifes living there. My neighbor got robbed TWICE... by their upstair neighbors!! When he told the Management... they said: So what.. we got robbed too. So security... Forget about it.
The AC is really noisy, and as you know, in Orlando, it is on 24/7.
The grounds are not maintained well, staircases and paths are always dirty.

Basically, if you are planning to live there, check out your neighbors, and ask to see the apartment you're getting. Also try to get the upper floors. Makes it a little bit more secure.
