Wow, I'm really confused by some of these reviews... I have been a resident here for almost a year. I was going to move closer to work but when I went searching other complexes the people in the office weren't very friendly and the prices were a lot higher, so I decided to renew for another year. I haven't had any problems living here, when I go to the office the girls are always nice and when I need maintenance they always come and fix what's broken. My staircase could us a paint job, but other than that I have no complaints.
