As a college student, I (and my roommates) don't have gobs of money. Quite frankly, I love Cricket Club. Albeit, the walls are a bit thin, so no late-night parties, and if your neighbors are noisy, forget it. Still, though, you can just report them and they'll get a warning. Security can be a bit ridiculous and has ticked us off more than once, but by the same token, I've never felt unsafe in the complex.
Most residents seem to be families, although the number of college students has been increasing slowly.
We have nice neighbors, a comfortable apartment, and aren't draining our bank accounts every month. I would and have recommend this place, for sure.
