My A/C has been broken since the day I moved in, and they have done NOTHING to fix it. The residents here are noisy and the main office people do nothing. I've also seen suspicious people in cars because the gate is never working.

Yeah, what's up with this gate? Why is it broken all the time? Or if you're lucky, one side works and the other don??????t.
I'd recommend them requesting police patrol around the property with the kind of people they??????ve got hanging around the cars and apartments all the time. And I do mean "police patrol" not just ??????neighborhood watch??????. These look like gangs!
