I hate this place, any place managed by Concord just drive past it, some places are cypress club, cricket club, riverreach, valecia forrest. right now im at cypress club and every damn day they post something on your door about some inspection, they jus knock once and walk right in, when they come to inspect things they dont even look at everything they say they are going to look at. We were on the news because two little gangs were gonna fight each other but the police game before they could. its crazy, this isnt a place to call home and i cant wait to get the hell out. What the hell are you complaining about? The rent at this complex is super cheap... Right now market rent is super expensive... If you want to move out go ahead trust me someone else will love to have your apartment...And just in case you didnt know... Rent goes up every year...Also you should be glad that they are going into your apartment to inspect things... That means they are doing their job...Like i said if you want to move go right ahead... I love my apartment and im not complaining at all

You've gotta be kidding me! In case you haven't noticed, the real estate market ain't doing that great. I'm counting the days when my lease is finally up and I'm getting the hell outa there. A 4 bedroom house with a garage and no thugs outside my apartment is charging me a rent that's pretty darn close to the rent I'm paying in this dump.
