I have lived here for a year now and have had nothing but problems here. For starters, the walls are incredibly thin so you hear absolutley everything your neighbors are saying or listening to. The community is dimly lit at night, so it's pretty scary walking to your apartment by yourself with a bunch of thug-looking guys hanging out in the parking lot. The maintenence staff at this apartment complex is horrible--they say they will come out and fix something and NEVER do it. They're supposed to spray for bugs every Wednesday but they never, ever come even after you nag them about it. Speaking of bugs, this apartment complex is absolutley CRAWLING with roaches. No matter what you do, they'll find a way in, no matter how clean you actually are. We kept our apartment absolutley spotless--never left food out, no dirty dishes, everything was completley clean, and still we had a huge problem with bugs. They come out of the air conditioning vents, the cracks in the frames around the doors, the plumbing...it's an absolute nightmare living here. On average, we saw and killed about 30-40 roaches a day. That's ridiculous and no one should have to live like this. When we told the management staff of the complex, they treated us like we were liars and it was our fault that the bugs were coming in because we obviously had to be complete slobs to attract bugs. The point is, they're living in the walls of the building so no matter what you do, YOU WILL HAVE A ROACH PROBLEM IF YOU LIVE HERE. It's hell, absolutle hell. I only have a month left to live here and I'm counting down the days. This will be the last time I choose cheap rent over a quality place--Cypress Club is definitely not a quality apartment complex, it's the exact opposite. Just remember--if you choose to live in a low-income apartment complex, you're going to have rude neighbors, rampant roach problems, an unhelpful management staff, and an unsafe living environment. Is it worth it' Not at all. Run, don't walk from Cypress Club!

I really dont understand why you have a roach problem because I have lived in this complex for 5 months now and i have seen maybe one roach... Hint Hint...

iv lived here for 7 months and could honestlytell you that this has been a nightmare iv had no ac for 6 months they send those 2 worthless guys just like those people in the office they will never do any thing i cant wait i get f---- out its better to pay 100-150 more than have to deal with this unprosessionl b-----

WOW..... what to say.. this complex is a living hell..when me and mi parents came to check out the comlplex we said it was o.k and the model they show us is o.k buh when they showed us our new 4/2 apartment it was completly destroyed and walls were craked had one big hole and doors were not able to close ...CYPRESS CLUB IS NOT WORTH $995 were thinking of braking our contract and leave...oh there are wannabe thugs all over this place!!! ima 15 year old teen and im honestly asyiing PLEASE dont rent here !!!!

I used to live here and completely agree; I would not feel safe living in this community. Staff is the worst. Don't move here unless you want to live in the ghetto!

u guys are a bunch of spoiled idiots wtf do u expect for cheap rent? and there is roaches everywhere its FL move to NY so u can sleep next to Rats as big as your house pets if u cant stand lil roaches..
