when you call in for on a report for maintance(beside the one i mention below talking about the others guys), it takes them 3-5 days are week to do the job,but when it's up and you wondering when they coming.you have to go back to the office to remind them your report days ago,they don't spray like they supposed to every Wednesday bugs everywhere and when you tell them to spray it's only your complex what's the point when someone else property is infested with roaches, they don't power spray the steps,one side the gate always open and the other side close,trash everywhere,sugar ants from no where but theirs always and excuse,business ctr is not a business ctr,they quick to take your money but don't produce what they should,cheap Berber carpet and cabinets,old washer and dryers,know this place is good for people that really need a place to stay and get help with rent like section -8,but people that pay cash money for the rent this is not the place for you,but i wonder if all concord management properties like this,now one good thing about staying around here is it's close to water lakes east shopping ctr,decent schools except Lawton chilis,but area is good to stay in since I've stayed here this month make it a year never heard any bad crime which is good but their is a really dark road to walk so please have a car are a bike,yanire is the best person I've dealt with and supervisor maintance guy with glasses are the best staff there so if you need any help go to them, everyone else is lost trying to find away out,you will get alot of I'm saying their from another property and their helping them out and still don't know what there doing.the best advise to give you on the property is stay there to get on your feet only if you looking for better.
