Community is completely latin. Office people favor their puerto rican counterparts over white residents. Do yourself a favor and skip this racist community. unless you enjoy living in the getto! I would compare this community to the projects.

Regardless of your race, you should re-think living here. I agree with this reviewer on the part of the office staff showing racial favoritism towards Latin residents. I have personally experienced where I was patiently waiting on my turn to be helped in the office, when a Spanish speaking resident came in after me and was helped before me. In recent times (current 2009), the place has really gotten worse. It can't be directly compared to "the projects", per se, since there has been a lot of remodeling and re-painting. But the community and residents they have recently been approving to live there, not to mention the rude and unsympathetic management, have definitely made it feel like that. Wanna be thugs hanging outside my apartment when I'm coming home from work, and vandalism on some of the vehicles are but a few examples of how this place has really gotten bad. If it were possible for me to re-qualify for another rent-controlled apartment, I would have left here long ago.
