I moved out over a 1 1/2 ago but I in the process of moving out of state and using this website as a resource. So I feel compelled to write a review so others can use it as well. I would like to start off that the people who work at the office and at local corporate are complete idiots. I was charged for a vertical blind I did not break and did not receive my sec.dep until I wrot an email to Corporate hq and cc'd everybody that had an email posted. That worked cause I was getting calls the very next day letting me know the check was mailed out. And dont forget low income housing generally means low income people mostly from the BRONX so be prpared to walk through a gaggle of them as you walk up the stairs, as it is obvious that they must not have any chairs in their homes. Oh car was broken into twice but an acura is like purto rican cat nip.
