The music is loud, the plugs fall out of the outlets- energy bill is high b/c the apartment is not air-tight. Maintainance good, haven't seen a roach, but quality of neighbors low- not as safe as I would like. Kitchen is small and inefficient. Can't wait to move to a nicer place, but got what I paid for here.
