Ok so in september i decided that i wanted to move into this place. I only had about a week to move and made that very clear to the woman there, which is the only woman. She told me it should be no problem i told her i liked the place we put in a application paid the fees. Then instead of confirming if we wanted the apt with the w/d she didn't ask and assumed that we wanted the one without when i told her we needed it. Then when come time to sign the lease she says whoever never sent it to the office. Now we are days away from me having to move and I call her to confirm and she says that she told the owners of the condo that we were moving in on Sept. 2 so that we could move in the weekend before without having to pay a prorated amount of $80 for moving in the weekend before. So in her telling them this they said they would not send the lease until that day. Now if she didn't know if she could still get the lease early why would she do that. I understand she was trying to help but don't tell me something that you are not sure of being that i have to move that weekend. i asked can you call them tell this we will move in this weekend and pay the amount she said they said no wait until Sept. 2. Tell me that isn't a loan of crap. So we got our money back lost the $100 app. fee and went across the street to a much small apt. I was very upset at the management and that there was nothing she could do. She also did not tell me that it was a condo. Most apts. have the lease on their computer. I would never try this place again. So to all be carefull.

her name is Adrienne and she is a reaaal piece of work! she never returns any ones calls and she seems to NEVER be at work when i show up there. I have been battling her for months trying to get my security deposit back. I cant stand her or the way she does business. good luck!!
